Important

If the request is granted, you will receive written consent from Emaar. You will then need to obtain Work Permit and all necessary statutory approvals from Local Authority and other relevant Departments before starting works. Architectural changes require a properly licensed and insured contractor. A copy of the insurance certificate must be submitted to Emaar prior to construction. Once you have confirmed a commencement date, you will need to complete and submit the relevant form to request lift protection. If protection is not in place prior to your contractor arriving on site, any damage caused will be to the cost of the owner.
